There was a case study of a person named Peter. Peter work in a general store, where he heard some type of sounds. He start to strange comment to his boss and he becomes victim of them. Later on he diagnosed with psychological disorder schizophrenia. For proper diagnose DSM5 used to diagnose Peter. Schizophrenia was diagnosed with paranoia, hallucinations, delusions, disorganized, and many more symptoms that diagnose schizophrenia. At least two of the symptoms should present in patient for last six months. Peter was suffering from schizophrenia. He left store job as he yelled on his boss for watching him. This means Peter have two symptoms such as delusions and hallucinations according to DSM5. These symptoms shows that Jack was suffering from schizophrenia.
There was a biological theory given the explanation about schizophrenia. The exact cause is unknown, but there are different factors that cause schizophrenia. The first factor is genes. It may be runs in families. It cause from first degree parents or siblings such as uncle, aunt. Only one gene is not responsible for it. When dopamine get imbalanced, it cause schizophrenia.
