Dextromethorphan is an antitussive or cough suppressing medication. It is used to control cough associated with allergies and flu. It is available in tablet, syrups lozenges and even in dis solvable strips.
The medication has familiar ingredients like Robitussin, Vicks , NyQuil etc. Some users starts misusing it. It was released in 1950 and was known as the drug of misuse.
