Question
On the afternoon of February 14, 2021, Johnny and Jim are scheduled to make a furniture delivery at Mrs. Butterworth's Tampa home.  They pick up the furniture from the Fantastic Furniture Company warehouse, and head off to Mrs. Butterworth's home to make the delivery.  When they arrive at the home, there is no room in Mrs. Butterworth's driveway, so Johnny parks the delivery truck on the residential street in front of the home.  However, the truck is blocking the driveway of Mrs. Butterworth's neighbor, Jack Daniels.

About 10 minutes later, Mr. Daniels exits his home and sees that he is unable to leave for work, because his driveway is blocked by the delivery truck.  Mr. Daniels angrily approaches the delivery drivers and verbally insults them while they are moving the furniture into Mrs. Butterworth's home.  Jim Beam, who is known to have a short temper, punches Jack Daniels in the face and pushes him to the ground.  As a result, Mr. Daniels suffers both a broken nose and broken tailbone.  The delivery drivers then finish the delivery and leave the neighborhood.

Johnny sees that his co-worker is still agitated from the incident, and suggests they stop at the Winghouse to unwind.  Johnny & Jim each drink several beers while at the Winghouse.  They then get back into the delivery truck (with Johnny as the driver) and head back towards the Fantastic Furniture Company warehouse to see if there are any additional deliveries to make prior to heading home for the evening.  On the way to the warehouse, Johnny veers off the road and crashes head-on into a minivan headed in the opposite direction. Both the minivan and the delivery truck sustain unrepairable damage and are totalled as a result of the accident. The two occupants of the van, Frank and Joe Hardy, are seriously injured and airlifted to Tampa General Hospital.  Jim Beam is also seriously injured and dies as a result of his injuries.  Miraculously, Johnny Walker is uninjured in the crash.  The police investigation determines that Johnny Walker was intoxicated at the time of the collision.
