CRYPTOGRAPHIC PRINCIPLES:

Cryptography refers to sending the data after encryption and then receiving the data after decryption.

Their are various principles which are present during the cryptography process which are:

Encryption:
- Encryption is basically the process the converting the data into non-readable format so that not every one can read that.
- This is used to protect the data by applying a security using the keys.
- The encrypted data is then decrypted at the receiver side to get the original message and this process is than termed as decryption.
Authentication:
- This is the process in which it is claimed that the message was originated from the sender who claims to be the sender.
Integrity:
- This is the process of taking care that the message that was sent by the sender is not changed during the transmission and is correctly received by the receiver.
- This can be achieved using various techniques but digital signature is the most common technique that is used.
