Patient's present condition started 6 days PTIE. Pt was a 65 years old retired female teacher with htn/ DM. Patient's complain are stiffness, swollen and pain on (L) side knee (5/10) most especially in morning after the patient's wake up from bed or even by sitting for a while but patient ignore it. On the next morning the patient had difficulty in walking because of the pain (6/10) stiffness and swollen on the (L) side knee and can't be able to do recreational activities. After 2 days, the patient went to San Lazaro Medical Center for consultation and was taken a diagnostic procedure and was diagnosed to have stiffness or tightness on joint and swelling on (L) side of knee, have type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and have stage 1 hypertension. The patient was prescribed to take acetaminophen every 4-6 hours / 500mg and aspirin every 6 hours/ 500mg. At present, the patient P/S (7/10) and partially decreases in mobility of the L side knee and making it difficult to get in and out of chairs or cars, use the stairs, or walk and even doing knee flexion and extension and was referred to a physical therapy for further evaluation.
