Patient is registered in hospital through centralized registration counter. User will enter all relevant information (i.e name, phone no, address, age, no etc.) into the relevant form. If user enters invalid information, then system will show error messages. On successful registration unique medical record number will be issued to user and registration card can also be printed. On confirmation of registration patient will submit registration fee on cash counter. Against registered primary patient their family tree should be maintained in the system. Against each registered primary patient his/her family member details will also be saved in the system. Patients can be searched in order to update their information, block/unblock patient or add family member(s), view family member against them in the system. There should be provision in application to edit patient and patient’ family member details. Registration of the patient can also be blocked. Blocking the Registration of a Primary Patient will also block the family members of that Primary Patient. For the system security, user authentication is necessary. Interfaces against of this system should be user friendly, so that without difficulty the application can be used by novice users.
