One of the most challenging effects of globalization in any country and in the philippines is Brain drain. why? in a particular nation or place we can find so many talents,skills and intelligent people well trained graduated from the best schools and universities and yet we will see them practicing their respective professions abroad. these cases are rampant in developing countries like the Philippines. This is alarming to our country's interest why? for example we have an intelligent Engineering student from a State college/university this student is fully supported by the government in all aspects of his/her academic journey and once this student has finish her/his course she/he will go to abroad to work to practice his/her profession, so the ending is what we call a '' lost of investment'' on the part of the philippine government and the ultimate losers are the tax payers and the our motherland. so dear students how do you think we can stop this practice? and how do you think we can keep our talented fresh graduates and professionals from leaving our country?
