Expert Solution
Step 1

Given:-

Which of the attached molecules can hydrogen bond to another molecule like itself?

Step 2

Solution:-

The hydrogen bond has the electrostatic dipole - dipole interaction.

It forms between the molecules when the hydrogen is attached to the electro negative atom like nitrogen, oxygen and fluorine. And the negative atom or ions should have the extra electron density to make a hydrogen bond.

There is no possibility of hydrogen  bond formation with another molecule with  the structure of the compounds.

Hydrogen is not attached to an electro negative element. It is bonding with the another molecule of this compound is not possible.

Now consider the structure of the compound B and D then the hydrogen bonding is possible between the same molecule.

Step 4

B DIAGRAM

Hydrogen is not attached to an electro negative element.  That is nitrogen and it is bonding with the another molecule of this compound is  possible.                   Chemistry homework question answer, step 4, image 1
