Follow-up Question

So, what formula do you apply to get 16 m ?                                       I was using the formula of the distance when: x=inicial distance +initial velocity (t) +1/2 at^2.              And if I do that I got the same answer which is 16, but only if I put the initial velocity zero.Which I don't think it's zero.
