forward common emitter current gain βF=αF1-αF

                                                        βF =0.951-0.95 = 19

Ic=βFIB  =19×100×10-6Ic=1.9 mA

now we will find out emitter current IE and IB = 100μA from fig (b)

IE = (βF+1) IB   =20×100×10-6 IE =2 mA

base emitter voltage VBE as we know

VBE=VT lnICIS  here VT is terminal voltage at room temperature is 0.025 Vand putting all value in equationVBE=0.025×ln1.9×10-310-16 VBE=0.764V 

base collector voltage VBC=VB-VC
