from the statment what else can be consider the most satisfying aspects of a job?

The most satisfying aspects of a job would be the relationships that are created among the employees. It will be five years that I have been with my current company in October and the relationships and family-like vibe made working the most satisfying aspect. Including all management, the relationships that were created within the workplace helped motivate each other to improve and excel within our responsibilities. When I came to my company 5 years ago, I started out as an agent, and over the years advanced to manager. I was able to see and development within this company and I use what I've learned as an agent myself with my own team of agents to see if creating a bond with them will help generate trust which will make them want to work hard for you because they know you care, My company taught me that and I use it every day and they are achieving their metric goals on a month to month basis. Ensuring that I use this advantage to help increase their knowledge of the product and help them get to their goals as a teammate, When employees feel like they are understood and appreciated and that we care, they tend to be more open and flexible because they are benefiting as well.
