Heart: human heart has four chambers as follows- right atrium, right ventricle, left atrium, and left ventricle. Left chambers of the heart pumps the oxygenated blood while the right chambers of the heart pumps the deoxygenated blood. So, the arteries and veins responsible for oxygenated blood are connected with left chambers of the heart and arteries and veins that are transport the deoxygenated blood are connected with right side of the heart. The superior and interior vena cava, pulmonary artery, and tricuspid valve are directly connected with right chambers of the heart, while the aorta, bicuspid valve etc. are directly attached with left chambers of the heart. There are many valves present in heart to regulate the blood flow in different chambers of the heart. Tricuspid valve is present between right atrium and right ventricle, while bicuspid valve is present at left side of atrioventricular septum i.e. between the left atrium and left ventricle.
