Expert Solution
Step 1

Event Management:-

The project management methodology can be used to build and develop events like festivals, conferences, ceremonies, marriages, formal parties, concerts, or conventions on a small-scale or large-scale. It comprises conducting research on the brand, identifying its target market, developing the event concept, and setting up the technical aspects prior to the event's introduction.

Event management requires comprehensive planning and execution. Things can go wrong at any point of an event and when they do it can bring the whole event to a halt if not properly managed. In order to deal with these situations well and ensure events are executed successfully, you need to plan ahead well in advance and follow up on all logistics involved so that you can take corrective actions at the right time if something doesn’t work out according to plan.
