Expert Solution
Step 1: Define-Heart of tiger and Sudan III

Tiger hearts:

The largest members of the cat family live in a variety of settings throughout Asia.

Tiger hearts, like other mammalian hearts, have four chambers: two atria and two ventricles.

The atria receive blood from the body and lungs, whereas the ventricles pump blood to the body and lungs.

Heart valves keep blood flowing in one direction and avoid backflow. Tiger heart rates vary depending on activity intensity, but at rest, they average around 120 beats per minute.

Sudan III:

  •  A dye used in biological studies to stain lipids. It is a lysochrome (fat-soluble dye) diazo dye with a similar structure to azobenzene.
  • Sudan III stains triglycerides in frozen sections, as well as certain protein-bound lipids and lipoproteins in paraffin sections.
  • It is used in botany, along with Light Green SF Yellowish, to distinguish between suberized and cutinized plant tissue.
