One of the biggest challenges in life is the effort taken to manage or balance multiple priorities in life. Many priorities are there in life the most important of them would be the commitments that we have made like education and work along with this would be the time and effort to handle the domestic aspects of life. When faced with multiple roles often the feeling of being burdened creeps in and people can stress out.This can be a result of the challenges and conflicts that may happen by handling many activities within a limited time available.
