perform the following functionality:

Create and save a new C program called addtwo.c

Prompt the user to determine the size-of the square matrices that will be added, for example is it
a 2 x 2 matrix or a 3 x 3 matrix etc.? The size of the square array must not exceed 5. Check that it
does not exceed the maximum value and re-prompt the user with a message if it exceeds the
maximum value. Store this value in the correct data type.

Depending on the matrix size input, prompt the user for the column values for each row in the
first and second matrix and store these values in multi-dimensional arrays of the correct data
type.

Use a looping construct to add the two matrices together

Print out the two entered matrices in the following format and the result of adding the matrices
together as shown below.
