Strict liability, in the criminal law suggests that a person is legally responsible for the results or consequences that are caused by him. With or without intentions.
These include blasting and involving in a dangerous activity, ownerships of wild animals. The other criminal acts such as felony murder or Statutory rape are also involved.
There have been conflicting views on the validity of conditions taken into consideration for the judgements.
