Expert Solution
Step 1

Rule for Aromaticity :-

1) Compound must be cyclic

2) Compound must contain all the atom in same plannar.

3) The pi electrons which are in conjugation in the whole molecule must obey huckels rule {i.e., (4n + 2) pi electrons}.

==>  For antiaromatic compound their is only rule change in huckel law because the antiaromatic compound have 4n pi electron system.

==>  For Non aromatic compound either be acyclic or have a carbon which is sp3 hybridised and either don't follow huckel rule or conjugation not all over in the molecule.
