Introduction
Specialization refers to an individual while the Division of labor is social or refers to society (the aggregation of individuals)
Workers and firms may produce a greater quantity of goods or services when the duties involved in producing them are separated and subdivided. Specialization through Division of labor, focus on the parts of the production process where they have an advantage in a specific small job. People have a variety of skills, talents, and interests, so some jobs will suit them better than others. The benefits may be due to educational decisions, which are influenced by interests and skills.

The division of labour, also known as specialisation of labour, refers to a business process in which large tasks are broken down into smaller tasks and completed by different employees or groups of employees.
Workers who specialize in a particular task also learn how to produce more quickly and with higher quality. Many employers, including assembly-line laborers who build cars, stylists who cut hair, and doctors who perform heart surgery, follow this pattern. In fact, specialized employees are often familiar enough with their jobs to recommend new and better ways to complete them. Within industries, a similar pattern is common. A company that focuses on one or a few products is more likely to succeed than one that tries to produce a wide range of products.
Specialization enables businesses to benefit from economies of scale, which means that for many commodities, the average cost of producing each individual unit decreases as the volume of production increases. One of the most important concepts in social science, not only for economics but for the study of societies in general, is the division of labor.
