Question 5b: If you believe we are not all greedy, explain to me what purpose these regulations
serve. I am certain that we all agreed that some are greedy, so what part of the regulations is
deterring those people? Are the regulations deterring those people? Are these greedy people not
being deterred at all? Is there some other process, not directly regulation, that is deterring the
greedy people from their nefarious plans?
