Step 1
Introduction :- A morula is an early-stage in the embryonic development of mammalian embryo which consist of 16 cells (known as blastomeres) , in a solid ball and are covered by the zona pellucida layer .The embryonic cells of the closely packed , 8-celled embryo , divides to produce a 16-cell morula . The morula consists of a small group of internal cells which are surrounded by a larger group of external cells. Internal cells gives rise to the internal cell mass ( ICM) . And ICM gives rise to the embryo and its associated yolk sac, allantois, and amnion and other features .
