I think it is important that an excellent corporate culture includes a relation between coworkers and their superiors where all employees can work together towards their goals as a company or organization. I think all these aspects are what makes an excellent corporate culture and I think it is important to maintain an excellent corporate culture to help business operate smoothly and ensure your employees are happy. So far, I have not considered corporate culture when looking for jobs and internships. The elements of corporate culture that are most important to me is how a company treats their employees. I look to work for a company that will respect me and my time. I will give my job my all, but I will also have boundaries. I also want to work for a team that can work well as a time. I feel like working in a group setting and not being able to work as a team makes everyone miserable.
