![At the start of every rounds, ask the player how much the player wants to bet. If the player's bet is greater than the balance,
reprompt the player and continue to do so until the player enters a valid amount.
Start the game.
If the player wins the round, the player will get double the amount of the player's bet. If it is a tie, the player will get their bet. If the
player lose, the player's bet will be deducted from the players balance. Display the result, show the computer and player's hand.
At the end of every round display the player's balance and ask the player if he/she wants to play again.
If the player's balance reaches 0, the game should automatically end.
At the end of the game display a message. For example, "Thank you for playing!".

Enter player name:
drew
Enter balance:
1000
