There are many people who recognize the way that others lead and tend to follow in their direction. Followership tends to come with discipline, people who are willing to learn, and also those who are honest. Leaders often have a great influence on their followers which could result in a great impacts. Leadership and followership is such a dynamic duo because of what they make of one anther. A leader would not be consider a leader if he or she did not have the followership they may have. If they have no one to lead and set examples for on how to do what is right, then a lot of the time they would not be considered leaders. Followership is something that would not be what it is, if there were no one who would want to be lead. People think that it may be more difficult for the leader to do what is right but it could be extremely hard for followership. That is because sometimes, many people have to change their action, the way that they think, and also have to communicate and compromise.
