Identify five sources of conflict in the workplace and how they can be resolved?
Workplace: It is a place where individual works for the organization. It can be the office, shop, factory, store where someone works for the employees. Some workplace skills are a positive attitude, interpersonal skills, and learning ability, etc.
Conflict: It is a result of the behaviour of people in different situations when they interact with each other related to some topic and event. It defines the ways of a person to express the attitudes (negative) aggression, misunderstanding, and rivalry against another person. It is natural when a group of people works together with different goals.
When two or more employees are not on the same page and disagree with each other point of view, then conflict arises. It shows the employees difference in opinions and interests in the company.
