To my disappointment I realize that I am unable to use the computer as thought. The user interface appears to be quite strange and unfamiliar. In addition, the computer took quite a while to boot up, almost 15 minutes. I also heard another of my friends complaining about not being able to get parts for a computer that recently broke down.
