I work at a day center for autism the population I work with ranges from 18 and up while at work there were a lot of things being done that didn’t make sense or that I felt could have been handled differently because I was new at the time I didn’t have a voice as to how things were done even when I went to a supervisor about what I thought so I was obedientto the issues and it made me mad even thought about quitting looking back I’m glade all of those incidents happened because I became the supervisor and assistant program coordinator which allowed me to run the program the proper way and give the individuals a better experience How dose the statement above relate to one of the following ?
