to the schedule. Once the schedule is updated a message will be sent to the student object and another
message to the user interface to confirm the student schedule.

Assume a scenario of counselling schedule's various states according to the below given description.
The counsellor's weekly schedules are empty at the beginning. The process starts with an instruction sent by
the Administrator. Then the status will become checking for the date and time. Then the schedule will be
creating based on the date and time. Then the student's details will be requested and wait until it is received
and checking the details while waiting. Once the details are received the scheduling will be done and the
process will be completed. If the required details are not available the process will be completed. Process will
be end after completing the scheduling.
