done. In these times Canada needs to be a global leader and help ensure
that the world is a fair place. Things like genocide and crimes against
humanity must be stopped and Canada cannot worry about infringing on
other nations sovereignty when they are looking at stopping these
outrages. At times Canada must act even without the backing of the
international community to ensure the world is a better place.

promote worldwide peace and prosperity. At times this might mean that
Canada may not be able to stop genocides immediately but it is important to
maintain global stability by following international rules. Institutions such
as the United Nations are put in place to ensure that no country can use

important for Canada to strike a balance between ensuring the protection of
