### Step 2: IR Analysis

- **Strong and Sharp Peaks (2990-2840 cm-1)**: This range, with a noted peak at 2908.57 cm-1, indicates C-H stretching of sp3 carbon (CH, CH2, or CH3 units).

- **Strong and Narrow Peak (1760 cm-1)**: Indicates C=O stretching frequency, associated with the ester functional group.

- **Strong and Narrow Peaks (1400-1500 cm-1)**: These peaks suggest C-H bending of sp3 carbon (CH, CH2, or CH3 units).

- **Peaks (1000-1200 cm-1)**: With a mentioned peak at 1160.5 cm-1, these indicate C-O stretching frequency.

- **Strong and Sharp Peaks (800-950 cm-1)**: These indicate C-H deformations.

- **Sharp and Medium Peak (around 3400 cm-1)**: This peak indicates overtones of the carbonyl functional group, specifically here for an ester.

Expert Solution
Step 1

Overtone is the multiple of fundamental band.  In case of carbonyl fundamental band (1700cm-1) the value of overtone will came at 3400cm-1. This can be confirmed by labelling O16 to O18. If shit in value of overtone occur will characterise it as overtone.
