It’s not so easy for any organization to implement a change. Depending upon the surrounding situations or the environment people have to be adopted to that, which is really difficult in the working situation.
Before bringing a change in the organisation it should be observed that whether there is real need for going for change or not. And more it is also must that we need to identify whether the employees can get adjusted to that particular situation or not.

There are many situations where the organisations get success and failures. here is one of the success stories.
In an organization, there was a sudden dismiss of one of the boards of directors who play a key role in taking every decision. The next day it is very important for the management to replace the person but within that particular short span of time, it is difficult for the organization to do so. so, the management members have taken a decision that until the place is replaced all the important things have to be delayed but the workers didn’t agree with that they started arguing with the management team. Finally, one of the persons who is a member of the board of directors has announced that except for the decisions regarding the workers all others will be kept pending then immediately all the workers have clam down and returned to their work.
