Hello, I wanted to better understand the concept of i++. Often times when I am coding in c++ my the solution to a problem would be things like if (1<4, i++), granted I'm sure this is probably the wrong way of typing it. But, my understand of this is that if 1 is less than 4 then continue to add one. But, why is it that this if statement works for almost any problem? Maybe the concept of the 8 queens problem or even coding the proiblem of the cannibals and missionaries. My main question is just trying to understand the i++. I appreciate any help
