Complex carbohydrates are those which contains long chain of sugar molecules.
Example- Peas, beans or grains.
Simple carbohydrates are simple sugars which do not contains long chain of sugar molecules. They are easily broken down in the body and gives immediate energy to the body.
Example- Fruits, milk, brown sugar, Table sugar, etc.
