He is interested in finding out how restaurants and coffee shops in Kazakhstan could enhance their competitiveness by improving the quality of service and enhancing the customer experience through offering unique products and services. He also knows that small hospitality firms in Kazakhstan do not receive much support from the government in the form of capital, subsidies, and/or training in order to be able to fulfil their ambitions.
