The results were fairly convincing; out of 4629 people polled, 3935, or 85%, believe that divorce is primarily caused by unrealistic expectations on the part of men. We propose that to promote successful marriage in America, a media campaign should be initiated designed around helping men lower their expectation of their marriage partners.
