For many people, the medical sector has consistently offered cures for the most difficult conditions. The current racial disparities in the standard of healthcare obtained by various races, however, have not been addressed. Health organizations have failed to develop a system that offers equitable access to healthcare regardless of a person's origin or race. The laws against healthcare discrimination are also ineffectual at resolving the disparities. Because the laws are ineffective, healthcare practitioners can treat minorities unfairly. The Department of Health and Congress should work together to solve the several challenges brought up in this study. If the US fails to comply, it would have broken the terms of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination. What would make this a more argumentative conlusion?
