   - **Problem:** Find the monthly payment for a 178,500.00 home with 25% down payment. The terms of the mortgage are 10.5% for 20 years.

   - **Extra:** Find the monthly payment for that home for each combination of terms: 9.5% & 10.5%; 20 & 25 years, and 20% & 25% down payment. Compare them.
