FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS BELOW:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           1) Before typing anything, begin by adding 3 additional sheets ( should have 4 sheets in total which includes Test Instruction sheet) 2) Rename this sheet (Test Instructions) to "January" and the others to; "February, March  & Total Rents Collected"     3) Click on the January sheet and then connect all 4 sheets (make sure all sheets are connected before you do instruction 4)   4) In the January sheet, beginning in Cell A1, type the data below.  Make sure to skip a row after Tenant Rent Report and type 3% in column I of row 3,       then continue to type rest of rows.                                    Tenant Rent Report                                                     3%   Last Name First Name Address City State Zip Code Telephone Number Rent Amount Late Fee Total Rent Frederick James 15-16 Atlantic Avenue Brooklyn NY 11201 (646) 345-3345 1000     Cruz Elsie 2931 Frederick Douglas Blvd New York NY 11039 (917) 777-8888 1600     Barbosa Daniel 221 Popham Street Bronx NY 10456 (718) 987-2222 1200     Tyler Walter 200 West 86th Street New York NY 10024 (212) 654-6789 1800     Williams Mary 2890 Dewitt Place Bronx NY 10469 (718) 552-7322 1900     Cruz Patrick 2888 Dewit Place Bronx NY 10469 (718) 564-7312 2000                         5) Merge and Center the title "Tenant Rent Report", between columns A-K         6) Bold the first 4 rows                 7) Apply a Bottom Double Border to all the titles (Last Name - Comments)         8) Center all the column titles               9) Adjust  the Telephone Number column width enough to see the telephone #, then apply wrap text for the title "Telephone Number" 10) Align the Telephone Number title on the right side of the cell           12) Using the Absolute command, calculate the rent late fee and copy down to remaining cells       13) Calculate the Total Rent  Amount and copy down                14) Create an If statement that checks the Late Fee cell to see if it's greater than or equal to 40       15) If true, enter "Late fee  increase 5% next month"               16) If false  "No Increase"               17) Widen the comments field & then apply a bottom border to the enitre last row       18) Select all the rent, late fee and total rent amounts and apply the $ format, and decrease the decimals     19) Ungroup the sheets, then go to the February sheet and adjust all the column widths if necessary       20) Got to March sheet and adjust all the column width if necessary            21) Go to the Total Rents Collected sheet               22) Delete only the following columns; I, J & K and all the values and data for; Late Fee, Total Rent & Comments Data.           These columns (I, J, & K) should no longer exist on the total rents collected sheet only!       23) In the cell where the title "Rent Amount" is, replace the text to display "1st Qtr Rent Collected" and wrap the text in the cell   24) Delete all the rent amounts In the cells below the title "1st Qtr Rent Collected"       25) Calculate for the first tenants rent (James Federick) amount from each sheet (e.g. Jan, Feb, & March)     26) Copy down for the remaining cells, then widen this column if necessary         27) Create a Custom Sort by last name, then first name             28) Create a Filter in the City column that displays only the tenants that live in the Bronx       29) Apply the Freeze Panes command for the first 4 rows and first two columns
