Given figure is made up of two rectangles , a larger rectangle on the base and smaller rectangle on the top of larger rectangle.

Let horizontal be length and vertical be breadth, so length of larger rectangle is 5m+3m+5m i.e. 

length of larger rectangle = 13m

breadth of larger rectangle = 2m

length of smaller rectangle = 3m

breadth of smaller rectangle = 2m
