Sub Saharan Africa is the southern part of the Sahara region which includes around 40 countries comprised of about 1 billion people with rich cultural beliefs, values, and practices from different tribal communities. Sub Saharan African tribes are native to the human population and extremely committed to traditional and tribal practices. Bantu is one of the most ancient or oldest tribal groups of Sub Saharan Africa including other tribal groups like Swahili, Sukuma and Zulu and others.
