There aren’t actually great answers from anyone for this question. Though it would result in great benefits, whom to blame if crash down happens by automated vehicles. Some acceptable answers include, if its clear that, the vehicle’s operating system is what has caused the collision, then the manufacturer is at fault. And, the insurers are to be given part of the data access of the vehicle, so that if a crash happens, the insurers would be able to say who is at fault.
