Do two separate network interfaces with the same MAC address exist? Or not? Is it possible to simultaneously utilize the same IP address on two distinct network interfaces? Or not?

Let's first have a look at what is the MAC address
The MAC address is the acronym for Media Access control . Hence it controls the access to the media devices . It is assigned to the network interface controller or simply NIC . The NIC consist of the MAC address and the NIc is identified with the help of that MAC address .
Hence if we consider the two separate network interface then they cannot have the same MAC address . Because the MAC address is the complete unique identity of the NIC . Just like we have our full name as our identity . This is how the network identifies the Network interfaces . Hence if the two NIC will have the same MAC address then it will create the problem identify from where the traffic is coming from . Network will get confused and will never know where is the source of all the traffic.
Hence no , two network interfaces cannot have the same MAC address
