An oil spills is a type of pollution generally occurs in marine, it releases of a liquid petroleum hydrocarbon through human activities like drilling wells for crude oil. when crude oil pump out from the wells or rigs, some amount of oil spills on the surface of the water, and that result in water pollution. That pollution effect the marine life like marine species, flora and fauna. oil spills penetrate into the body of water species and destroy there parts.
There are various methods to clean oil spills -
*Bioremediation- In this method microorganisms are used, they breakdown the oil or remove the oil.
* Bioremediation Accelerator - In this method molecules moves hydrocarbons out of water.
* Using oil booms- booms act like a barrier which prevent oil to reach further or stop spreading of oil. Blooms float on water surface.
* Burning In-situ In this method the oil spills is ignited to burn it off.
*Using manual labour - this method requires labour to clean up the water surface using tools.
