Differentiate between stoma and stroma.

Stoma refers to a single opening on the leaf surface, and there is number of openings on the leaf surface termed as “Stomata”. It is generally surrounded with two parenchymatic cells called guard cells. Stoma is responsible for exchange of gases that is uptake of carbon dioxide for photosynthesis and releasing oxygen in atmosphere. It plays a vital role in loss of water vapours through transpiration.
