Coenzymes are nonprotein organic molecules that bind loosely to an enzyme.	Cofactors are chemical compounds that are bound to proteins. A cofactor is a non-protein chemical compound.
Most of them are vitamin derivatives.	Most of these are inorganic and contains metal like Iron, zinc, calcium, etc.
Examples of coenzymes are nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD), nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADP)	Examples of cofactors are Iron in catalase and peroxidase enzyme. Molybdenum in Nitrogenase enzyme. Magnesium in PEPcase and RuBisCO.
