Design the DFD for a Patient information system. This system can be used for keeping track on the record and activities of patients in a hospital. At first, the patient will arrive at the reception for registration. After the registration and payment the patient can get appointment with a doctor. The doctor will see the invoice and diagnose the patient. If investigation is required the patient will go to the lab and give sample. Once the investigation is complete his report would be printed and given by the lab technician. The technician will also send a copy of report to the concerned doctor. After getting the report the patient visits the doctor again. The doctor prescribes medicine and sends the patient to the pharmacy. There, the patient take medicine and make the payment.
