In sociology, we talk about certain causes which influence an individual to commit crimes in society, and in this case, when we discuss juvenile court it is important to see what social causes pushed a minor to commit the crime in the first place. The juvenile court deals with delinquencies which refer to crimes committed by underage individuals or minors in terms of status offenses or delinquencies in society.
