Question

Describe the distinction between a relative route and an absolute/complete path in Linux, as well as how they vary.

Expert Solution
Step 1

THE SOLUTION TO THE GIVEN QUESTION IS:

PATH is an environment variable in Linux and other Unix-like environments that tells the shell which directory to look for executables (ie, ready to run programs) in light of commands issued by the client. This increases both the comfort and well-being of such work frames and is widely regarded as the most important environmental variable.

ABSOLUTE PATH RELATIVE PATH
Full path to the main directory. Working directory only.
Contains the full location of the file. Contains only information from the working directory.
Users do not need to change to the default directory. Users must navigate to the default directory and then open the file.
Eg : /home/user/Document/hello.jpg Eg : pwd /home/user1/Documents
