Describe how changes in capillary exchange affect the
tissues and the blood components.

Capillary exchange can be defined as the phenomenon in which the exchange of material occurs from the blood to the tissue through a capillary. Several mechanisms can regulate the exchange via capillary these include bulk flow, diffusion, and transcytosis.
The variation in the capillary exchange can affect tissue and blood components. The capillary exchange will cause dysfunction in water reabsorption as a result of which plasma protein gets suspended in the blood and cannot move from the capillary membrane to the cell due to which the concentration of blood increases and there occurs lower concentration of water in the capillary than the tissue fluid. This variation can interfere with homeostatic conditions of both tissue and blood and may cause several metabolic dysfunctions in the body.
