Abstract. This article discusses the use of bar charts on company sites. A bar chart or bar graph
is a chart or graph that presents categorical data with a rectangular bars with heights or lengths
proportional to the values they represent. The purpose of this research is to discover the benefits
of using the bar chart so it will becomes a consideration for institutions and companies that need
informative data. With a qualitative approach, the data were analyzed descriptively. The results
showed that the use of bar charts speeds up the user's reading of the data presented. In addition,
will have a different selection of available charts types than discrete quantitative data sets). Available
chart types include commonly used graphing utilities [4]. Bruce Iammeader has said that good and

4. Conclusion
The average company in business is still lacking of an awareness to compose the website design.
Technological development makes it easy for people, especially in business and is more comfortable for
a company if they want to change the existing website design to be renewed or developed again to make
it easier to read a data or text and simplify the work process in everyday life. with a website using bar
graphs is certainly more effective and can be easily and simply recognized and in this bar chart can also
be determined as a target that must be considered in order to smooth the productivity of a project in the
company as a whole.
